Watsu© (Shiatsu in water) consists of movements that are a combination of gentle stretching, pressure points on the meridians of the body with Shiatsu massage while floating in water at 35 degrees.

Watsu© uses the lightness of the body together with the therapeutic benefits of warm water which releases tension in the spine, joints and muscles. The water element allows great freedom of movement and confidence, harmonious and rhythmic movements are easily combined with breathing.

Watsu© is the first presentation of Aquatic Bodywork, a technique developed by Harold Dull in the 80s.
