Relaxation massage

Massage is the practice of applying force or vibration on the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissue, thews, ligaments and joints to stimulate circulation, mobility and elasticity.

Massotherapy may also be known as a form of therapy. This can be applied to body parts or continuously throughout the body, to cure physical trauma, relieve psychological stress, pain control, improve circulation and relieve tension. When massage is used for physical and mental benefits, it can be called "Therapy Massage".
