Water aerobics

The aerobics classes are sets of exercises practiced in the liquid environment, using water as a reduction of gravity. This method aims to strengthen located muscle, and general physical conditioning, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, and burn many calories.

The aquatic environment reduces the risk of falls and less impact felt in the joints, prevents injuries by allowing the rehabilitation of people with some restriction on the exercise of overhead vertical (back pain, arthritis, rheumatism).

The temperature of water (between 28 to 30 degrees) is always nice and helps with muscle relaxing and can reap more benefits.
